Strategic Account Executive - Partner's Payroll

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth within the partner payroll solutions space. The Strategic Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Provide regular reports on account performance and progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 6 years of experience in account management or sales.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the payroll or HR technology industry is a plus.
