Senior Lead Software Engineering Workday HCM Compensation Specialist

This role involves leading and contributing to the development and implementation of solutions within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Compensation module. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience in compensation management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Workday Compensation configurations and integrations.
Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Compensation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Document technical designs and solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in software engineering with a focus on Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of Workday Compensation functionality and configuration.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
