Recruiter Placement

This role focuses on identifying and securing top talent to meet the evolving needs of our client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Managing the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a placement agency setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
