Merchandising Manager - Production (Female)

This role focuses on managing the production merchandising process, ensuring alignment between design, sourcing, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality products. The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for overseeing product lifecycles, managing assortments, and optimizing inventory levels to meet market demand and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Manage inventory levels and optimize assortment planning.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in merchandising, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
Strong understanding of product development and production processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with merchandising software and tools is a plus.
