HR Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for Avalon Heights International School. The HR Manager will be a key partner in supporting the school's mission and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Support performance management processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
