Manager/Sr. Manager - Realty

This role focuses on managing and overseeing real estate activities, ensuring efficient land acquisition, development, and management for the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and project management skills, capable of aligning real estate initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, and disposal.
Develop and implement real estate strategies to support business growth and expansion.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Manage real estate budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities.
Manage relationships with external consultants, brokers, and legal counsel.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-14 years of experience in real estate management or a related role.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
