Support Engineer

This role focuses on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams. The Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Familiarity with cloud technologies.
