Senior Manager - Project Pursuits

This role is focused on leading and driving the pursuit of new projects, ensuring successful proposal development and client engagement. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project pursuit lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to final proposal submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling and winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the project pursuit process, ensuring alignment with business development strategies.
Develop and execute pursuit plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical solutions and compelling value propositions.
Manage proposal development, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client requirements.
Conduct proposal reviews and quality assurance checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in project management and business development.
Proven track record of successful proposal development and client engagement.
