Field Service Engineer

This role involves providing comprehensive field service support for a range of equipment. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Repair and replace faulty components, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service processes.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Experience with relevant diagnostic tools and equipment.
