HR Generalist

This role is focused on providing comprehensive human resources support to a dynamic organization. The HR Generalist will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
