AR Caller

This role involves direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting customers regarding past-due accounts.
Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements.
Documenting all communication and account activity.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Following up on payment commitments.
Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate channels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with US Healthcare billing processes is a plus.
