Head Merchandiser

This role is responsible for leading and managing the merchandising function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market trends. The Head Merchandiser will oversee product selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets.

Manage and mentor a team of merchandisers.

Requirements/Qualifications:
