Senior Executive - Compliance

This role involves overseeing and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the organization. The Senior Executive - Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas of potential non-compliance.
Monitoring and auditing compliance activities.
Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
Investigating and resolving compliance violations.
Staying abreast of changes in regulations and laws.
Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Business Administration).
3 to 5 years of experience in compliance or a related role.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
