Tech Lead - Full Stack PHP Next.js

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to guide and mentor a team in the development of robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of full-stack development principles, with expertise in PHP and Next.js, and a proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10 to 17 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in PHP and related frameworks.
Experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of database design and management.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
