PLC and Control Engineer

This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and control systems for industrial automation applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of control systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the improvement of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PLC control programs based on process requirements.
Design and configure control system hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and control system issues.
Perform system testing and validation.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize control system performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of control system designs and configurations.
Participate in the development of safety and security protocols for control systems.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
2 to 5 years of experience in PLC programming and control systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram).
Strong understanding of industrial automation principles.
Experience with HMI/SCADA development.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
