Business Development Executive - Current Account

This role focuses on expanding the bank's current account customer base and fostering strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Promoting the bank's current account products and services.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Preparing and presenting proposals and sales presentations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
