Key Responsibilities:

Requirements/Qualifications:

4-9 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
