Resident Engineer

This role involves providing on-site technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring the successful implementation and operation of our AI solutions. The Resident Engineer acts as a key liaison between the client and our engineering team, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and contributing to ongoing product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
Configure and deploy AI solutions in client environments.
Train client personnel on the use of our products.
Gather client feedback and relay it to the engineering team.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
