Sourcing Manager

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing techniques and engaging with potential applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
