Purchase Analyst

This role involves supporting the procurement function by analyzing purchasing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize spending and improve efficiency. The Purchase Analyst will work closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports on purchasing activity.
Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of experience in purchasing or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
