Maintenance Engineer - BMS

This role involves ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) within a dynamic and technologically advanced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to BMS infrastructure, contributing to a stable and efficient operational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in BMS control systems and related hardware.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Respond to and resolve system alarms and incidents promptly.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system configurations.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting BMS systems.
Strong understanding of BMS protocols and technologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with various BMS platforms is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., BMS technician) are desirable.
