Junior Architect

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a junior architect to contribute to a dynamic and growing construction firm. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects and engineers to develop and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings and specifications.
Participating in design reviews and providing feedback.
Conducting site visits and documenting existing conditions.
Collaborating with engineers and other consultants to ensure design feasibility.
Researching building codes and regulations.
Developing 3D models and renderings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
