Tax and Audit Manager

This role involves overseeing and managing tax and audit functions for a variety of clients. The Tax and Audit Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, conducting thorough audits, and providing strategic advice to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
Plan, execute, and finalize audits of financial statements.
Identify and assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in tax and audit.
Strong understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
