CAD Design Engineer - Mechanical

This role focuses on designing and developing mechanical components and systems using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation of detailed designs, ensuring they meet performance requirements and adhere to industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a meticulous approach to design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed CAD models and drawings of mechanical components and assemblies.
Perform design calculations and simulations to validate designs.
Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
Review and analyze engineering drawings and specifications.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in CAD design and modeling.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with reverse engineering techniques is a plus.
