Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead and manage financial operations within a dynamic organization. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and tax laws.
Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.
Provide financial analysis and support to decision-making.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
8 to 12 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
