CNC Maintenance Engineer

This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment. The CNC Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC machines.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repair and replace faulty components.
Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in CNC machine maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with PLC systems and automation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with various CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
