Agency Manager

This role involves building and managing a network of insurance agents to drive sales and expand market reach. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding qualified insurance agents.
Providing ongoing training and development to agents on products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring agent performance and providing coaching and feedback to improve sales results.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
