Financial Due Diligence Consultant

This role involves providing comprehensive financial due diligence services to clients across various industries. The consultant will analyze financial statements, assess risks, and identify potential deal-breakers to support informed decision-making during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze financial statements and related documentation.
Perform quality of earnings assessments.
Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
Prepare due diligence reports and presentations.
Assist in the development of financial models and projections.
Conduct industry research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in financial due diligence, accounting, or auditing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
