SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Compensation Variable Pay Module

This role involves providing expert consulting services for the Compensation and Variable Pay module within SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of the module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation processes and experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the Compensation and Variable Pay module to meet client needs.
Implement and test new functionality and enhancements.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing implementations.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training.
Collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Document configurations and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant, with a focus on Compensation and Variable Pay.
Strong understanding of compensation processes and best practices.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
