International Logistics Executive - Quality

This role focuses on managing and optimizing international logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods across borders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles, contributing to the seamless flow of products and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and trade agreements.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers.
Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to international logistics activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, quality) to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
