Learning Partner

This role focuses on facilitating learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. The Learning Partner will work closely with various teams to identify training needs, design and deliver engaging learning programs, and evaluate their effectiveness, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
Design and develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring active participation and knowledge transfer.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest learning trends and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in learning and development or a related field.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and develop engaging learning materials.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse audiences.
