Associate Editor

This role focuses on supporting the editorial process for scientific journals, ensuring high-quality content and timely publication. The Associate Editor will work closely with editors and authors to manage submissions, conduct initial assessments, and contribute to the overall success of the journal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and assessing submitted manuscripts for suitability and scientific merit.
Communicating effectively with authors and editors throughout the publication process.
Managing the workflow of manuscripts, ensuring adherence to deadlines and editorial guidelines.
Assisting with the preparation of journal content for publication.
Maintaining accurate records of manuscript submissions and progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science or a related field.
Strong understanding of scientific research and publication processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
