IT Support Analyst

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and applications. The IT Support Analyst will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Document support requests and resolutions accurately.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
Assist in the maintenance and configuration of IT systems.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Knowledge of networking concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus.
