Collection Head

This role is responsible for leading and managing the collections function, ensuring efficient recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. The Collection Head will develop and implement strategies to optimize collection processes, minimize financial risk, and achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
Manage and mentor a team of collection professionals, providing guidance and training.
Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and prevent future delinquencies.
Implement and maintain effective collection systems and processes.
Report on collection activities and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in collections management, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with collection software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
