Lead Splunk Engineer

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Splunk Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Splunk solutions to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Splunk solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.
Troubleshoot and resolve Splunk-related issues.
Optimize Splunk performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Splunk administration, configuration, and development.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
