Civil Structural Incharge

This role involves overseeing and managing civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to coordinate teams and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
Review and approve engineering designs and drawings.
Ensure projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Oversee the work of site engineers and construction teams.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
4 to 9 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design codes, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
Experience with project management methodologies.
