Automatic OSB and PB Machine Maintenance Technician

This role involves the maintenance and repair of automated machinery used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on automated machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
Repair and replace faulty components.
Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with automated machinery and control systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
