Co-Teacher

This role involves assisting the lead teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students. The Co-Teacher will support the classroom environment, provide individualized attention to students, and contribute to the overall learning experience. This position requires a collaborative spirit and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans.
Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
Prepare classroom materials and resources.
Assist with classroom management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience working with children in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience and a genuine desire to help students learn.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
