Chief Manager - System Admin - Cloud Operations

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's system administration and cloud operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Oversee system administration tasks, including server management, patching, and upgrades.
Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Lead and mentor a team of system administrators.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of experience in system administration and cloud operations.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
