Java Developer Lead

This role involves leading a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. The Java Developer Lead will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers projects on time and within budget, while adhering to best practices and maintaining a high level of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
