Sr. Network Security Administrator

This role focuses on ensuring the security and integrity of an organization's network infrastructure. The Senior Network Security Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities, while ensuring optimal network performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
Manage and maintain security documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience in network security administration.
Strong understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
Knowledge of security assessment and vulnerability scanning tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA Security) are a plus.
