Domestic BPO Customer Support

This role involves providing exceptional customer support within a domestic BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in computer applications.
Experience in a BPO or customer support role is a plus.
