Sr. Analyst - IT Quality Assurance

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of IT systems and applications. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing quality assurance processes, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Participate in requirements review and design discussions.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 10 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with defect tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Information Technology systems.
