FPNA AM Manager

This role involves managing and overseeing the FPNA (Financial Planning and Analysis) function within the organization. The FPNA AM Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and support to decision-makers, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to management.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
7 to 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
