Head Human Resource and Administration

This role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources and administration functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
Manage administrative functions, including office management and facilities.
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (13-20 years) in human resources and administration.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
