Software Quality Lead

This role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The Software Quality Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance processes, leading a team of quality assurance professionals, and collaborating with development teams to deliver robust and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and test cases.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring a team.
Proficiency in software development lifecycle.
