IT Recruiter

This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. The IT Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
