DevOps Support Engineer

This role focuses on providing robust support and maintenance for DevOps infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring high availability and efficient operations. The DevOps Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and collaborating with development and operations teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain DevOps infrastructure and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, and release processes.
Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code changes.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
Maintain documentation of infrastructure and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in DevOps support roles.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
