ERP Specialist Advisor

This role involves providing expert guidance and support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Specialist Advisor will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Configure and customize ERP systems to meet specific business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
Participate in ERP implementation projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
