Project Manager Salesforce DMS CRM

This role involves leading and managing projects related to Salesforce implementation, Data Management Systems (DMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within Greenlam Industries. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, executing, and closing projects related to Salesforce, DMS, and CRM.
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
Communicating project status to stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing.
Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Managing vendor relationships.
Documenting project processes and outcomes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, specifically within Salesforce, DMS, or CRM environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
